What is the Zeta touch stone, exactly? The Zeta touch stone is a pain and stress reliever that is designed to improve bothersome conditions such as swelling, joint aches, and pains. This stone is also useful for strengthening your hands from any injuries.
Imagine holding a cold round stone in the palm of your hand and circling it on other parts of your body that experiences pain, such as points on your back or knees. That's essentially how it works!
You can use this product as cold therapy by placing the ball over an ice cube for 30 seconds. For heat therapy, submerge the stone in warm water for 30 seconds or more. The unique feature of the Zeta stone is the fact that it retains the hot or cold properties according to your intended treatment.
This is a great alternative therapy for those suffering from arthritis, or those who are using stress relief balls.
Other uses for the stone include:
- Repetitive stress injury
- Stroke recovery
- Soothe muscle spasms
- Promotes flexibility

Not only is the Zeta touch stone affordable, it works in ways you just have to experience for yourself. If you have problems with your knees like I do, or pain in your wrists, I would highly recommend trying the cold therapy, and then moving testing the heat therapy option.
All opinions are based on my own use of the product.

ReplyDeleteLaura,
ReplyDeleteThis touch stone truly works wonders for aches and pains. I was skeptical myself when I got it, but now I feel less tension and aching with my wrists. For what it costs, I didn't think it would do much. I just got tired of paying money for Dr. visits and prescription pills.
WOW!! This Is AMAZING I Have To Try!! Thank You!
ReplyDeleteI keep my Zeta Touch Stone right at my desk at work. When I am in a meeting (not the facilitator), I often have it in my hands, rolling it around (arthritis). I love mine.
ReplyDeleteI would love to try that on my back.
