RocketCases iPhone 5 and 5S Cassette Tape Phone Case Review

If you grew up in the 80's and 90's, you will more than likely remember cassette tapes. The good old days when skipping to a new song meant having to press the fast forward button and waiting for 3 minutes! Nostalgic memories of my time spent in the earlier decades brought me to an interesting product: a cassette tape phone case!

Talk about combining the latest product with nostalgia. This retro iPhone case from Rocketcases looks strikingly similar to a cassette tape. All the cut-outs for the various phone ports and buttons are there, but at first glance it simply looks like an old school cassette!

This case is designed to fit the iPhone 5 and 5s like a glove.

I've taken the case on and off my phone a handful of times, and so far the material holds well. Normally, with these types of cases, removing the phone repeatedly will cause the case to loosen. This cassette case is created from TPU plastic which is better than the low-quality silicone versions.

I love a durable product that brings back fond memories. This would make a great gift for anyone who wants a piece of the nostalgia!
