A few days ago I received a rewards card to purchase an item from Shoe Carnival so that I could  do a review of their products. I have had the opportunity to visit their stores several times in the past,  so I was very excited about this opportunity.

Shoe Carnival stores are what I would like to refer to as 'self service' stores. Where the customer walks in and sees aisles, and aisles of shoe options to choose from.  If you have a question about an item there are employees available to answer them.

While at the Shoe Carnival store I was pleasantly surprised to find such a wide variety of options. Because it gets so cold here in Chicago I thought I'd shop for a nice 'warm' pair of boots. The store was filled with shoppers so I had be quick in making my choice because the selections were dwindling down even as I shopped. I found several choices that I really liked, but I decided on the pair in the picture below. I have warned them out in the elements several times, and they are so comfortable that you can forget you even have them on.

Shoe Carnival is a store that I highly recommend to anyone in the market for a great pair of shoes, and the fact that their sales people were so courteous was an extra bonus. Not only do they have stylish shoes, but they also sale sandals, gym shoes and boots that are fashionable, but very affordable at the same time.
