It's back to school season again, which means shopping for school supplies and getting the kids ready and equipped with everything they need for classes. Last year, I was fortunate enough to participate with an amazing group of bloggers to donate backpacks and school supplies. We were able to donate these items to the organization and individuals of our choice.
This year, thanks to our wonderful sponsor Campus Book Rentals, I was able to purchase two backpacks and binder paper. I purchased the rest of the supplies separately and even had a generous donation of two additional backpacks!
A kind staff member at my organization donated two Oakland A's backpacks. I purchased two Trailmaker backpacks ($9 and $12) and binder paper (3.16 for 4) all for $25 at Big Lots!

I will be donating all four backpacks on Monday to the Sleep Train foster children school supplies drive. I know how hard it can be for foster kids, and I want them to have the supplies they need to be successful in school.
