Skincare for Acne or Sensitive Skin

After years of suffering from acne breakouts, uneven skin tone, discoloration, and acne scarring, I gave up on my face. I hated going anywhere without makeup, and my rosacea only made things worse. When I would have flare-ups, my face would be bright red. All the time and money consuming visits to dermatologists did absolutely nothing for my face. I told myself I would no longer subject my face to the creams that would cause flaking, itching, stinging, burning, and drying. This is when I decided I would just hide behind my foundation mask forever. I've suffered from skin problems for 10 years, and I finally gave up.

Receipt Hog: Upload your receipts

Update: They now accept receipts from pet stores too! You earn one free spin on their slot machine after submitting a qualifying receipt. You can win additional coins with the slot machine. I've used this app for 9 months now, and so far so good.

This app will give you points for grocery store receipts. Stores that sell food items also qualify, such as CVS, Target, and Walmart.

Receipts less than $10 earn 5 coins

$10-50 earns 10 coins

$50-100 earns 15 coins

1000 coins is equal to $5. It may take awhile to accumulate the coins, but if you shop for groceries, then there's no harm in earning some cash for it since you already have the receipts!

Back to School Pay it Forward Event

It's back to school season again, which means shopping for school supplies and getting the kids ready and equipped with everything they need for classes. Last year, I was fortunate enough to participate with an amazing group of bloggers to donate backpacks and school supplies. We were able to donate these items to the organization and individuals of our choice.
