Seafood is a great source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. However, when it comes to cooking, I don't have much time on most nights because I'm constantly working and on-the-go. That's why my freezer is stocked with Gorton's seafood frozen entrees, such as the Signature Grilled Tilapia.
I eat seafood 3-4 times a week, which provides the essential protein and nutrients I need since I don't eat meat. I like using my oven to cook Gorton's seafood, but when I don't have time I pop one of these into the microwave for 5-7 minutes.
The grilled tilapia is a great dish with rice or pasta. It is seasoned to perfection! In less than 10 minutes, you can have a warm dinner at home. Gorton's grilled tilapia is gluten-free and is only 80 calories!
Studies have shown that eating seafood twice a week or more is good for your health, not to mention for anyon who is on a diet. Gorton's has 20 different seafood choices that are 200 calories or less! Some of their flavors include:
- Grilled Fillets
- Shrimp Scampi
- Grilled Salmon
- Skillet Crisp Tilapia
