Every year, women tell me about their difficulties with losing weight because of the holidays. Food is a great way to celebrate and spend time with family, but it doesn't have to mean unwanted weight gain.

Add the other ingredients listed on the package (in this case, chicken broth) and simmer. Add coconut milk, and you have yourself a delicious Thai chicken soup!
The best part about the soup mixes are that they comply with the HCG diet plan. This diet plan requires a strict limit on daily calorie consumption. You will feel like you have eaten many more calories with Diet Doc's food, but in actuality you haven't!
