Living with a meat eater has been a challenge for the past six months. As a recent vegetarian, I have been learning how truly difficult it is to find products that are gluten-free, healthy, and most importantly, free from animal products.
When Beanfields generously gave me the opportunity to try their vegan bean and rice chips, I was definitely excited! However, I was also concerned because several vegan and vegetarian products I have purchased in the last few months have tasted terrible!
I also had trouble finding vegan-friendly products without wheat gluten. If you have food allergies, you will hopefully appreciate this review for Beanfields chips!
Beanfields sent me six bags of chips in different flavors. Sadly, we ate them all in one week.
Luckily, they are corn-free and non-GMO verified, so I didn't feel so bad eating all those chips.
I received the following flavors:
- Nacho (vegan)
- Pico De Gallo
- Sea Salt and Pepper
- Sea Salt
- Naturally Unsalted
These allergy-friendly chips do not contain any genetically modified ingredients. Have you taken a look at the nutrition label on those bags of chips at the store? If you have no idea what half the ingredients in a product are, chances are they aren't that good for you.
When I eat chips, I tend to scratch the roof of my mouth. Beanfields chips have the right combination of crunch and crisp, and I was able to eat them freely. Each of their flavors were delicious! Even the picky eater in my family approved, and he usually only approves junk food!
These pico de gallo chips (pictured above) were one of my favorite. Light, crispy, and jam-packed with taste! Beanfields chips are a great alternative because they have no transfats, are cholesterol-free, and contain less sodium than other corn tortilla chips.
I finally found a vegan product that doesn't compromise on taste. I am glad these chips are sold in my local area!
If you want to find out where to buy Beanfields chips, you can use the
