Eatsmart kindly sent me their Precision Pro digital kitchen scale for review. When it comes to maintaining your diet and weight, keeping track of your calories and food content is critical to your success!
After losing 19 lbs., I wanted to make sure I could maintain my weight by watching what I eat, and eating in moderation. I wanted a digital kitchen scale in order to see just how much food I was putting into my body.
I'm picky when it comes to new products and wanted to try a company with excellent customer ratings. Eatsmart is highly rated not only for their exceptional service, but also for high-quality products that are durable. I needed a scale that would provide accurate results and could handle my daily measurements in order to maintain my weight.
The Eatsmart Precision Pro digital kitchen scale is lightweight, simple to use, and multitasks just like I do!
The scale can be used to weigh food, ingredients, and even to calculate postage for your packages.
To use the Eatsmart scale, simply press the tare/on/off button, and weigh your item.
The scale can weigh in grams, ounces, kilograms, or pounds. Change the measurement option by pressing the unit button.
Out of curiosity, I weighed my favorite morning pastry: a pineapple bun from our local bakery. I allow myself to have this once or twice a month.
I could not believe this small pastry was 1/4 of a pound!
Not only is this small pastry a quarter of a pound, it is packed with calories and sugar.
It's fine to have snacks like these once in awhile or in moderation, but I am more mindful of my calorie intake and sugar intake.
I started having fun with this scale. Yes, I weighed a bag of Sun Chips, and yes! The scale is highly accurate!
As you can see, this 1oz. bag of chips weighed in at 1.1 oz, which includes the bag.
Initially, I thought that using a kitchen scale every day would be a mundane chore. However, the Eatsmart Precision Pro digital kitchen scale is a lot of fun to use, is accurate, and does an exceptional job at helping me with portion control.
I would highly recommend this scale to anyone who wants to lose or maintain weight. This scale would also be useful for other household tasks where weight measurement is needed. Eatsmart provides a calorie guidebook and two AAA batteries with the scale.

*I received a digital kitchen scale from Eatsmart for this review. However, all opinions expressed are based on my own use of the product.*
I bought an analog kitchen scale a few months ago and it was a lot smaller than I expected, if I want to measure something it atually has to fit into a little cup. This looks more like something that would work for me.
ReplyDeleteThis scale would be great for portioning freezer meals and meats.
ReplyDeleteThis looks really nice!!! Eating healthier means weighing food, but in the end it's worth it!
ReplyDeleteI love this scale! I do the HCG diet every once in awhile and the food has to be measured so precisely, this scale would be so great for that!
ReplyDeletethis would be very helpful for weighing my food!
ReplyDeleteThis would help me see how much I'm really eating. Smart appliance.
ReplyDeleteI am a baker and I keep reading that baking by weight is far more accurate than by measurement. I am very interested in having a scale for that.
ReplyDeleteThe Rafflecopter calls me 'Margot' since it is accessing my facebook where I am 'Margot C __' and is connected to this email: annazed10 [at] yahoo [dot] com
I am a cake and cupcake decorator, and I would love this to use for weighing ingredients. So much quicker and easier than measuring! And more accurate :)
ReplyDeleteThis would help me in portion control - my husband is always arguing with me that I've put too small a portion on his plate, lol - if he could actually see it on a scale there'd be no argument...well, less of an argument maybe?!?! lol
ReplyDeletethanks for the chance!!
