I always start my morning with a cup of tea. When I drink tea, I feel invigorated and I like the health benefits that help start my morning off right!
I came across Sencha Shot Japanese Green Tea and Oolong Tea flavors. These teas in a can contain high levels of antioxidants and are the perfect way to help you start the day. I tried the Japanese green tea on one morning, and the oolong tea shot the next day in the afternoon, when I'm lowest on energy. They provided a natural way to boost my energy without the drawbacks of caffeine in coffee.
