Sencha Tea Shot Review


I always start my morning with a cup of tea. When I drink tea, I feel invigorated and I like the health benefits that help start my morning off right!

  2. My tip is to complete a bigger goal by starting with smaller short term goals. I wanted to lose 15 lbs. by April, so I'm starting off with eating fewer calories and adding more exercise to my routine.
